Lease extensions

The Sunday Telegraph outlines the importance of extending a lease, especially on properties with less than 80 years left to run. Georgiana Hibberd of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors said: “It is a problem that gets worse and worse as the years go by because the cost of extension goes up and up.”
