Employment changes – have you updated yet?
April saw a large number of changes to the current statutory requirements and obligations in the field of Employment Law. Not only did statutory payments for particular issues increase (SMP, SSP etc), the disciplinary "Three Step" procedure was abolished and replaced by a new code.
