Unlike most other ‘High Street’ law firms we have the expertise and the experience normally associated with the large ‘City’ practices – we are used to dealing with company mergers and acquisitions, company group structures, business takeovers, commercial property, trade marks and intellectual property, commercial contracts, multi jurisdictional and multilingual transactions as well as high profile, High Court litigation.
